How did you setup the Touch it actually demands you to put in your login email and password ? if you put in something else you may have created another account ? to find out conect the Touch to mysqueezebox.com the setting is hidden in settings advanced network or similar . Now you can fumble around untill you find mysqueezebox.com info somewhere and it will report the eamail you signed on with.
