thats news, prior you had to login to the "wrong account" and delete it, or contact support or previus owner if the player was on someone elses account( you bougth it used ) this has changed then. Good as it makes it easier for support, users can fix it themself for second hand boxes or misshaps during registration . Bad as i thougth it was a good anti theft mechanism, it would be more hustle to activate it for someone else.
