I tried clearing and re-scanning twice and made sure the "USE iTunes" box was checked. Not all of the items in my iTunes show up on my Touch, however, when I search for them on the touch they show up. For Example, using the Touch I select MY MUSIC then select ARTISTS. Joe Cocker and Joe Walsh show up on the list but Joe Jackson does not. If I search for Joe Jackson it will show up and I can play it but it never shows up in the ARTISTS list. Any ideas on what may be wrong would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
