I spoke too soon. I stopped it and then when I went to start it again a few minutes later and it lost connnection. I then selected random mix and it played 6 songs and stopped. I'll connect the HDD to may laptop and go from there.
Question: On SBT under Advanced=>Squeezebox Server, it displays: "Neither LMS or scanner are running" Is this just the status of the LMS on the SBT itself? Under advanced->Squeezebox information-> LMS it displays my mac mini. Do I need to stop LMS from running on the mac? This is my first apple computer, so how do you stop an application on a mac? I suppose that I will have to rescan my directory when I run it on the laptop.
