To be clear, make sure you understand the relationship between LMS and
mysqueezebox.com. As mentioned previously, YOU CAN ONLY BE CONNECTED TO
ONE OR THE OTHER AT ANY GIVEN TIME, NOT BOTH.

So if your TOUCH is connected to your local LMS, when you login to
mysqueezebox.com, the TOUCH will show up as "not connected". This is
because it is instead connected to LMS.

Double check a few things:

1. at your account on mysqueezebox.com, I assume you have added the MOG
app (from app gallery, you install MOG). Then it is in your "my apps"
and you have to enter your login credentials for MOG there.

2. Separately, in the LMS running on your local computer, go to the
WebGUI from your webbrowser:
http://localhost:9000/
(if accessing on same computer where LMS is running), or
http://192.168.1.18:9000/
if accessing from a DIFFERENT computer on your local network, but the
192.168.1.18 should be replaced with the IP address of the computer
running LMS.

3. once in the LMS webGUI, look at lower right of page and select
SETTINGS. Then it will open the SETTINGS webpage. Click on the PLUGINS
tab. Find MOG (it may be under 3rd party plugins, and you need to check
a box for it to show all 3rd party plugins). After selecting MOG, hit
apply and it will ask you to restart LMS. Do this. After restart, go
back to LMS > SETTINGS > PLUGINS, find MOG, which should now be active.
Click on SETTINGS next to MOG and enter your MOG credentials.

Now MOG should work both when you use LMS or when you use mysb.com.
