my MOG is working with tOUCH, and the only difference I see is that you are using a Mac. Should work. Still sounds like you're LMS doesn't have your mysb.com credentials entered properly. Double check this. Try a test, add PANDORA as an app in mysb.com myapps. then in your TOUCH, select Pandora. Does it play? does it try to switch to mysb.com to play pandora? Also try rebooting everything (turn off/unplug all, including router).
