Hi - I have been trying to fix this problem for months now. I downloaded the remote contro app for my android phone and also bought the remote control. Every time I try to connect I get the message"player not found". I have checked and all the ports are showing as working as well as full connectivity. I have reset to factory settings. Strangely when I reset the router I get access but only to the internet radio and that will only be temporary...HELP PLEASE
