No need - I only asked because I think IP address conflicts are more likely to occur if you have a number of devices with fixed IP addresses, but even then you only have to make sure that they're all different. Stick with DHCP, but double check that there aren't any other devices in your network that could be handing out DHCP addresses. How is your network configured? Is your server wired or wireless? Same question for your squeezebox.
