Go to LMS > SETTINGS > PLUGINS. Scroll down to last.fm Audioscrobbler. Click on SETTINGS button to the right of this. check box next to existing last.fm account to remove. Hit apply at bottom of page. Then go back to this page and enter account name and your new password. Then make sure that under each player (LMS > Settings > Players) you have the player itself set to scrobble. Don't know if this is required, but I also have last.fm added as an app under myapps in mysqueezebox.com. And on the settings page there I've given it my last.fm username and password.
