Hmm. Very odd. They don't read these forums. You could try posting on the official Logitech squeezebox forums. But I'm not sure you will get much satisfaction there either. Scrobbling is working for users so I still believe that there is likely some idiosyncratic issue specifically related to your settings, etc. but I'm out of ideas to test.
