IMHO, if they don't have a Touch equivalent plus synchronization among devices then they would never be a competitor in the music system market (SONOS). I,personally, am not interested in a "walk-around-take-to-the-beach" audio device (UE Boom). I'm interested in a complete music SYSTEM such as the SB ecosystem that I enjoy so much now....Touch,Radios,Booms all in harmony. At this time the UE system does NOT provide this. I still have faith in LOGITECH though and I do not think they would "throw past loyal supporters like myself under the bus". LOGITECH seems to be a respectable ethical company and ,I believe, they will be loyal to their consumers as their supporters are to them.
