Yes.All 192.168.0.* (but set statically in the router).

Yes. Doesn't help. Nor does factory reset.

What strikes me as odd is that it did work initially. Then, after
stopping and restarting LMS and also, as I found out later, a bad
connection of my computer to the internet, it failed to work at all.

My main ethernet cable (computer to powerline plug) is slightly faulty
and I am going to replace it.
