3483 udp should be enough to make it work for the autodiscovery , note that it is UDP not TCP so open it for TCP won't help .
There is a cheat (I to had mystery firewall problems for a long time, before i fixed it , for some reason the ports did not open for udp broadcasts ) You can use the Touch's " add remote server" function but instead of adding a remote server ,you punch in the current ip of the local server machine .
