Ordered mine Saturday "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com" and it arrived today. Brand new AFAICT. Opened it up; joined it to my network; updated firmware; installed EDO, "Screen Off" and "Weather" screensavers (thanks triode and bluegaspode); and put it back in the box. My experience with Amazon is that they will do whatever they can to make things right if there is a problem. Just checked and it's $10 cheaper today! Get 'em while you can...
