I've noticed similar issues over the last 24 hrs using iPlayer - constant rebuffering, connections which display as connected but no sound. There's also the new issue that iPlayer listen again listings are wrongly time-tagged.
Possibly something to do with the new Radio app the Beeb recently introduced last week??
