Quite some time ago (maybe LMS 7.7.0??) the "M" in the web interface stopped meaning "MusicIP mix" and started meaning "More info". Instead you need to drill down to track info on the left side of the screen, where you will find a "Create MusicIP mix" link. I don't have LMS in front of me right now to give you the full step-by-step, but that's the direction you need to go.
