Hello, I have the rDac and have been using it with the EDO module but not TT3.
I've just installed TT3 and I get clicks and pops too. I've had a quick play around with the buffer settings from the tt command over ssh and also with the buffer settings from the EDO "buffer tuning (experimental)" menu on the touch itself and although the frequency of the clicks and pops seems to change I cannot find a setting to eliminate them compeltely! I'll let you know if I find a working setup but it does not look very hopeful.
