Having trawled this forum I can't find a definitive answer to this irritating problem.
I'm using LMS running on a ReadyNAS NV+ V2, which I (usually) control from Windows XP. This PC has LMS installed, but not running. The PC, mysqueezebox.com & ReadyNAS are all set to GMT & showing the correct time. >From a Factory Reset I can enter the SBT as GMT & it keeps prefect time until I play something. Then it goes to GMT+8. So, as long as I don't play anything the Touch maintains accurate GMT time. Once I have played a track, then turn it off, the Touch shows GMT+8. Checking the settings shows it is still set to GMT, so this makes no sense to me. I tried setting the Touch to a different time zone, but the time is always the set zone+8. So this suggests the Touch's clock is 8 hours behind, possibly using PST? But where is it getting this time from? Of course, a quick fix is to set the zone back 8 hours, but I shouldn't need to do this. One other complication is that I updated the ReadyNAS firmware a few days ago, but I can't remember if the time was out before this. However, other posts on this forum suggest that this shouldn't matter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Xemik's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58559 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97656 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
