Doubtful you will see any such app...... at all, much less by the time JR stops messing with it. Best to simply place it out of reach. Or maybe a remote power switch that cuts the power to the device rendering it useless (no power). I use an RF controlled device where the small remote can be placed well out of reach. One remote controls 3 different devices, simple On/Off buttons per outlet. Mine is for use with lights that are difficult to turn On/Off easily, no kids.
