joeyk201, I'm having the same problem with my Touch. I notice that if I try to play a low bit-rate type internet stream as the first thing after starting up the Touch for the day, then I get the andriod sound. However, to fix it, all I have to do is to switch to a high bit-rate type stream and then the andriod sound goes away and the sound is perfect.
What I mean by "low bit-rate internet stream" is something like a 24kb or 32kb talk-radio format stream. By "high bit-rate", I mean something like a 128kb or 192kb music streaming station. At first, I thought it was just that the player wasn't "warmed-up" but I've found that when I start out by playing a low bit-rate stream (and get the android sound), the andriod sound never goes away even if I let the Touch play like that for hours. However, the minute I switch to a high bit-rate music stream, the sound clears up immediately and then I can switch back to the low bit-rate stream and then even the low bit-rate stream plays perfectly too for the rest of the day. And I've found that if I start by playing a high-res stream as the first thing after starting up the Touch for the day, then I never get the android sound at all. My current work-around for this problem is to always play something like RadioParadise (with it's high bit-rate music streams) and let that play that for a few seconds before trying to play any low bit-rate streams. This is so weird that I haven't even attempted to report it to Logitech. Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ rmb1035's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37530 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97212 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
