garym, All of the low bit-rate internet radio stations that I listen to are setup as Favorites on mysqueezebox.com. I only have two Favorites that are setup directly on the Touch and both of them are high bit-rate music streaming stations.
To clarify, the android sound appears when I try to play a low bit-rate internet radio station from my Favorites on mysqueezebox.com as the first thing after starting up the Touch for the day. And I am able to "fix" the issue by playing a high bit-rate station either from my Favorites on mysqueezebox.com or one of the two high bit-rate Favorites that are setup directly on the Touch. I do have some music files loaded on a USB stick that is plugged-into the Touch so I use TinyLMS for that also.
