Actually if you use iPeng you can very well do this on the iPhone. It's probably even the easiest way to do it. Use iPeng's browser, browse to the page in question, open the episode through the "listen in a popup" link and then just tap on the link for the station. iPeng will ask you to play the link or store it as a favorite.
