Recent measurements elesewhere suggest that it is better to do it on the Touch, although the general consensus is the opposite to lower the load on the Touch processor. Frankly, if you have a fast NAS/server PC, a fast Ethernet connection and a good router you won't hear any difference...to use 24/192 is an overkill anyway and a waste of space and money. But hey, that's just my personal opinion...
