The MDAC works fine with linux at 96kHZ.  This is a bug with the Touch
that Triode has talked about earlier in this thread.  My question is
really why can we not resolve the issue with the Touch and USB audio
class 1 DACs by replacing the driver?

ETA, the reason that I use USB is to get as close as possible to zero
jitter.
