Yes, ground wire twisted with each signal wire until you get close to the Buff, then all of the grounds together into the G input of the Buff. If that isn't clear, you can check out the Hifiduino site for pics of the grounding and wiring scheme. http://hifiduino.wordpress.com/category/usb-audio/ Short leads, as short as possible.
