Had the same issue that started occurring with greater and greater frequency.There are a few threads of other people having the same issue. One thing I did was I swiched out the coaxial cable connection and put a TOSLink instead; I am not sure if this was the actual solution but I haven't had any problems for a few months whereas at one point it happened every day or so.
