Very strange, one Touch is able to connect to LMS, the other not.  Seems
unlikely to be a firewall issue if one can connect.

Sure both players are on same network?  Guest network?  Sure both
players are connected to your network?  SSID is unique to only your
network and both players connected to same SSID?

Until you get it sorted (which I have no idea how to proceed, hopefully
others will...) I'd suggest using Spotify on MySB.com.
Connect player to MySB.com, if incorrect account try rebooting player
(just unplug it), it should now connect automatically back onto MySB.com
with correct account login.
