Could be just that simple..... or not.  I'd try..
1.  turn off firewall (keep OFF for remaining steps)
2.  reboot LMS
3.  try connecting players
4.  check the same LMS diagnostics and LMS MySB.com screens
5.  see if both players function normally, both local music and internet
streams
6.  now turn firewall back on
7.  redo steps 4 & 5

But, on next reboot, issue may return.  In which case I'd check firewall
exceptions for LMS/SqueezeBox (but with one player connecting fine this
seems unlikely).
Did you check network and SSID etc.... as suggested?
