Yes, but some Linux knowledge is welcome. You might encounter some basic file right issues when copying new audiofiles etc from a usb-disc etc. Also, best is to completely install FRESH Linux and put the disc as EXT3 or 4 filesystem and then copy the files. Otherwise, problems might occur if Ubuntu detects a "Windows" partition and uses a different mount method. I encountered such issue some time ago
