After perusing multiple threads. I have purchased a Dayton Audio DTA-100a Class-T Digital Mini Amplifier and would like to directly connect the Touch via RCA outputs to the Dayton amplifier.
This is for a secondary bedroom application, driving a reused/repurposed set of speakers. I recognize that the input levels from the touch into the amplifier could be an issue with fidelity, clipping and possible speaker damage. As this secondary system is for the bedroom and the speakers are repurposed. I am not too concerned with the issues mentioned as this is a secondary system for the bedroom alarm/sleep music. And the speakers are Bose AM 5's , so I do not care if they blow :D >From what I have learned from other threads: 1. Start with the Touch volume low, and increase the touch volume to match the input sensitivity of the Dayton Audio DTA-100a Class-T Digital Mini Amplifier. Any other tips for setup and use appreciated.
