Thanks Aubuti for your input, from the manual: Input Impedance: 2 k ohm ±5% Not sure how that relates to sensitivity? With a little playing around, I can get the Dayton amp up to ~ "3-4" (there is no gain markings) and the Touch @ 100% -- the admittedly crappy Bose AM'5s sound OK, with decent volume, no clipping distortion etc. Though lacking in real bass. More a function of the Bose speakers, I believe. I was going to pull out my old college Dynaco A-25's, but the wife over ruled those for the bedroom. I am actually quite impressed that the class t amps are so affordable, powerful, and the form factor so small. Overall, happy, though I would add a real subwoofer for anyone considering this route. It was a toss up repurpose extra speakers and purchase the class t amp, vs spending a little more for active speakers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MadisonRiver's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62446 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=101028
