Leave NAS off for now so your Touch isn't connecting to it (and possibly updating/downgrading). Get things stable with your PC. Try PC wired. Sure no near by WiFi's interfering with your devices? WiFi set to a fixed ch?
What version LMS are you running? Should be at least LMS 7.7.3 to avoid the update prompts you are experiencing. Are you intentionally trying to connect to MySB.com? Or is your Touch switching by itself?
