Thanks!
I did factory reset and install EDO, no change
I also tried to disable native FLAC, no change
I will check server version (usually provided by Synology software
package)

Sorry I still have few questions:
How can I use SoX to make sure 192KHz files are transcoded at 96KHz (I
dont see any SoX option in FLAC flie type menu) ?
What does re-encoding files at level -5 means? how to do it?

Otherweise regarding the "TCHHHT", I confirm it happens when sample rate
is changed --> it happens when launching 96KHz, and higher data rate,
but no noise when I select 44KHz files... So based on your feedbacks , I
think it should be the DAC and not the squeezebox. I will ask the
provider.

thanks again :)
