Thank you all for the feedback. The optical works great with everything
else other than 192 (works with 24/96). I also checked the optical cable
on the DAC end and can see the red light coming through, either with
24/192 content or other... I guess I will try to buy a different cable
nonetheless..

Yes, I am not sure if the Nuforce Dac 9 or the Naim Dac-V1 play 192khz
via optical - I will email the customer service to ask.

The reason why I bother with the op even though it works via coaxial is
because the sound quality of the optical output of the Touch is
significantly better than that of the coax (after 2 years of using coax
with a good QED cable, I just read somewhere that the optical was less
prone to noise... so after testing this with my very cheap optical
cable, I was kind of shocked...).
