It would help to know whether the BBC's WMA Listen Again streams are generally unavailable to you. If you cut and paste a URL for a WMA stream from http://www.iplayerconverter.co.uk/r/2/aod/default.aspx? into a media player (such as Windows Media Player), does that work?
