Just did some more experimenting (with 7.7.3). When I select digital out using coax or USB out, I can get 192khz. When I select digital+analog I can only get 96khz on coax (i.e. the same as a non-EDO SBT). For the moment, I am leaving EDO installed as it increases my options, although it doesn't solve the lost music problem entirely.
Having said that, when I played one of my two native 192khz FLAC albums I hit the limits of my WiFi. Lots of dropouts.
