I just shut down my server (Zyxel NSA310 running LMS) and found that the same thing happens - 403 forbidden comes up when I select the AAC-LC stream. When I posted my server was running, and the AAC-LC stream plays. There must be some kind of interaction between my server and the BBC app to decode the stream. Normally I access the BBC via the alpha version of Triode's plugin, and it works just fine.
