did you do the "register" step in the setup and choose to register to a
different mysb.com email address?  That seems to be the only way to do
it yourself.  If that didn't work, best approach is the CALL logitech
support. When I had to do this with a used BOOM, they fixed things in
about 1 minute!   (note, for older SB players, SB3, Boom, duet receiver,
transporter, one must have logitech move to new account...it can't be
done by the user).
