If all those individual folders (HD music, itunes, etc.) are UNDERNEATH
the parent folder "my music" then just copy the parent folder my music
over to the new USB HDD. If not, then create a parent folder on the HDD
(call it "music" or anything) then copy all those individual folders
over to that location.

p.s. You must have been otherwise occasionally copying your music
folders to another drive (backup drive)???????   If not, you are living
dangerously. One should always have (multiple) backups.  If you didn't,
then now's a good time to create the USB drive for your new laptop and
get an extra USB HDD (or two) and copy the files there as well for
backup  purposes.
