why do you think you need it? You only need it if you have lossless files like FLAC, etc. and you want to have LMS downconvert those to mp3 files on the fly using LAME. But one wouldn't normally want to do that. Instead one would let LMS stream your files in their original state. But if you want LAME, download the lame.dll and lame.exe and put them somewhere in your LMS subdirectories.
