I suspect the berry will sound the same as post remedy (in your setup), if you are set on getting a Dac maybe you should keep the remedy kicking around for the 30 days and experiment. Try the touch analog out (that's your 2nd Dac to try) direct to preamp & thru that tube buffer you have -- sound different?
