I appreciate the help here. I have been using the SBT as a local p!ayer for a while. It does take forever to scan and load the USB drive every time I power up, but it has worked so far. Tonight I am going to try to run high resolution over my WiFi and see how that goes. If I get no dropouts, I'm golden. BTW- I plan on replacing the Benchmark with the DSPeaker as my pre-amp/dac. The DSPeaker only has toslink and USB inputs. I will have to sell the Benchmark to help fund the DSPeaker, or the wife might freak out. LOL!
