Even though happy with my SBT I really wanted to see if I could "Squeeze" (no pun intended..) From my SBT. I guess Fingers are waging "told you so"...But before you all throw your SBT's at me...
Did try the New rega DAC-R on it-but made no difference,(the DAC in SBT is very good..)However using COAX out on my cd player Quad 67 via DAC went into another league.. the DAC DID VASTLY IMPROVE THE CD!..I have now fell back in Love with my CD again(Not something I wanted..going down the streaming route!)This means coax output via SBT maybe isnt up there with the Quad CDs...I dont know if there's an adapter or something to Improve this...? Tried optical too no real difference on SBT... in my world DACS just number crunch 1 n 0's...So dont understand why one output on one is different to Other...
