I'm out of ideas, but there must be some problem on your end with the setup. As noted earlier, LMS *will* run just fine without mysb.com being up and running. One can have internet radio favorites (saved in LMS) that are independent of mysb.com lists. So the problem you're seeing is something related to your LMS install or network or something. Regarding a favorites list within LMS, once you have LMS running, you should create favorites within LMS for your radio stations.
