Please contact the Squeezebox Support Team as they developed the
interface with the TIDAL backend and should be able to help resolve your
issue.-

Please PM me your tidal account name so I can see whether there's
something in our log files.
Is this happening to you all the time, or only like every few hours
etc.? And are you living in EU or US (or closer to which one)?
