It seems you are new to this Forum so maybe some clarifications are
needed: this community forum is the only real support you will get.
Squeezeboxes are discontinued products from Logitech (but fortunately
the company is still keeping the mysqueezebox.com servers alive). There
is no commercial or formal "support team" from which you can get
personal and guaranteed service. All issues/problems users may have are
openly discussed here so that everyone can benefit from others problems.
That is the idea and pretty much the point of a community. There are
many very talented people here (not me, alas) so the chances of
resolving issues in general is fairly high.

This means that if you want some help or advice, be nice, state your
problem (you have done that already in the title), but please provide
more information. Telepathy is a sorely missed talent here I'm afraid
:-)
In your case relevant background info could be:
- is your Touch connected to mysqueezebox.com only?
- is mysqueezebox.com where you re-installed the app?
- or do you have the Logitech Media Server (LMS) installed on a computer
somewhere on your home network (and is this where you re-installed the
app)?
If so:
- what version of LMS?
- on what operating system (OS) is LMS running? what version of that
OS?

This could perhaps be a starting point.
