When I shifted from running LMS on the QNAP to a Raspberry PI, I faced the same: I used a text editor (nano) on the Pi to edit the playlists to reflect the new path to the files. I don't have many playlists, so it wasn't too much trouble. I daresay that a BASH script could automate the process.
