I could share my problems with wifi but it sounds like you have your own. I would recommend a powered external drive with a fair amount of capacity. Reading the troubleshooting section it seems you have a one percent rule for the TinySC to exist on. Not sure how much space your music files occupy. Reading people's experiences with using the Touch server most complained about it being under powered.
