some random thoughts Do you know the renewal interval for the dhcp IP Address lease in the router? Normal is 24 hours I think. If the SBT is switched off longer than the renewal interval then the router will treat it as new, although it may give it the same address. Can you reserve the IP Address of the Touch in the router Can you power the SBT from another source. Can you try a wireless bridge ?
