Unlikely.

Touch kernel is old so any driver for a USB device will have to be of
the same vintage as the kernel, so chipset in USB stick would have to be
compatible and driver would only know about 2.5Mhz channels  b & g.
Memory usage is tight and so unnecessary drivers were not included - it
make no sense to include a USB ethernet driver when there is both wifi
and Ethernet port onboard.
